The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 261(FIN) am "An Act relating to fines and to a surcharge imposed for violations of state or municipal law and to the Alaska police training fund." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 261(FIN) am pass the House?" HB 261 CSHB 261(FIN) am was engrossed, signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and transmitted to the Senate for consideration.
